Are there players who appear on your public roster but not on your CMS roster?
Chances are that the player(s) currently missing registered using an email address that is already in the system. If multiple players have the same email address, the CMS will only retrieve the first entry as it assumes each player has their own personal email address. Players cannot share email addresses when registering. Each of the players who are missing or not available in the CMS will need to update their email address in the membership system. Upon doing so all missing players, except for those not currently registered, will appear on your club's roster in the CMS.
